Castle Rock Medical Center Office seeks a compassionate Board Certified or Board Eligible Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for a thriving outpatient Rural Health clinic.

The Medical Center constructed a new medical office building in 2020. Staff experience a brand-new clinic that offers a bright and airy atmosphere. This Provider will work alongside their fellow health care providers in team pods.

The city of Green River is located in southwest Wyoming. A community atmosphere with abundant outdoor reaction such as fishing, boating, biking, nature walking, golf, and historical sites with abundant access to public lands. A great place to raise a family!

Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited PA program or an accredited NP program.

BC/BE (Required)

Wyoming Board of Medicine or Wyoming Board of Nursing License (Required)
