The Medical Assistant performs various direct patient care activities under the supervision of provider staff. The Wellness Plan Medical Centers (TWPMC) has a opening for a licensed FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER (FNP) - FLOAT join our team. This position reports directly to the Chief Medical Officer. The FNP is responsible for providing primary healthcare to patients and families, focusing on health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education and counseling. The FNP works under direct supervision of the Chief Medical Officer or assigned physician following established guidelines as required and within established scope of practice.

Federally Qualified Health Centers participate in the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program. Clinicians who serve at least two years full-time at an FQHC can receive up to $75,000 in tax-free loan repayment (or up to $100,000 in some Substance Use Disorder Workforce categories).
