We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Arizona, starting Mar 16, 2026. This role offers Monday through Friday day shifts in an IHS outpatient clinic environment with a steady flow of walk-in patients due to the nearest emergency room being 50 minutes away. Job Details Location: Arizona Facility Type: Outpatient Clinic Start Date: Mar 16, 2026 LOA: 120 days Provider Type Needed: Family Nurse Practitioner Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm Responsibilities and Duties Provide primary care services in an IHS outpatient clinic setting Evaluate and treat a broad range of walk-in patients Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and manage follow-up Respond to urgent cases as needed due to distance from hospital-based emergency care Maintain accurate clinical documentation using the RPMS EMR system Additional Information Valid Nurse Practitioner license with eligibility to practice in Arizona Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and DEA certification required IHS experience preferred but not required Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
