Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

One Health is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our nonprofit health care clinic in charming Sheridan, Wyoming. Experience is preferred, but we will also consider new grads!

One Health is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to improving the health and well-being of communities across Montana and Wyoming. We take an integrated, whole-person approach to care, offering medical and behavioral health, as well as wrap-around services, pharmacy, community and addiction services to our patients of all age ranges. Our clinic is located in a restored historic train depot in picturesque Sheridan, Wyoming. About the Role

As a PA or FNP at One Health, you will:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated health services.
• Conduct assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community health programs.

 Qualifications

• Licensed in Wyoming as a PA or CNP or ability to obtain
• Registered or registry-eligible with the DEA
• Valid driver’s license
• Preferred: 3–5 years of clinical experience, DOT certification (or ability to obtain)
