Physician Assistant - Family Practice

We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our practice. This role offers an extremely competitive pay and benefits package within a supportive clinical environment.

Schedule & Hours

• Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 7 days a week.
• Shift Structure: 4 days per week.
• Rotation: Includes a 1-in-3 weekend rotation.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Care: Deliver primary care for patients across the lifespan, including health assessments, diagnosis, and management of both acute and chronic conditions.
• Clinical Decision-Making: Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests; prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with the NP scope of practice.
• Preventive Health: Develop and implement evidence-based treatment and preventive care plans, including immunizations, screenings, and patient education.
• Collaboration: Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records within the EHR, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Patient Advocacy: Promote health literacy and empower patients and their families to manage their long-term health and wellness.

• Health Insurance- CareConnect Health (CCH) contributes 70% and employee contributes 30%.
• Retirement- Can contribute starting first day of employment. Employer match up to 5% of salary after 1 year with the company.
• CME funds- $750 annually
• 3 weeks (120 hours) of PTO per year
