R & R Counseling Solutions is looking for qualified people to provide Licensed Mental Health Services. Supervision is possible for the right candidate but must have passed the NCE or equivalent exam to be able to obtain licensure in the State of Iowa. The candidate must be self-motivated and be able and willing to complete all required documentation in a timely professional manner. They must have good personal skills and adhere to the ACA Code of Ethics. They must have good communication skills and be able to handle stressful situations. Computer skills are also a must due to documentation being done mostly electronically. They must be willing to work with individuals and groups to promote optimum mental health. May help individuals deal with family issues, parenting, marital problems, suicide, stress management, anger management, problems with self-esteem, anxiety, depression, issues associated with aging, mental and emotional health among many others. Pay depends on case load and experience.

We are seeking a full-time PMHNP to provide expert medication management and psychiatric care across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments for patients of all ages.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on evidence-based medication management.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans and medications as necessary.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of therapists and counselors to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records.
Qualifications:
• Active, unencumbered license as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) in the State of Iowa (or eligible for licensure).
• Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
• Must be relocating from a non-rural area to qualify for the Healthy Hometowns grant incentives.
• Strong clinical skills in medication management across the lifespan (children to seniors).
• Commitment to providing full-time, in-person care for a minimum of five years.

Federally Qualified Health Centers participate in the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program. Clinicians who serve at least two years full-time at an FQHC can receive up to $75,000 in tax-free loan repayment (or up to $100,000 in some Substance Use Disorder Workforce categories). Half-time service is also eligible at a reduced award. Eligibility extends to NPs, PAs, CNMs, CRNAs, and physicians with qualifying education debt.
