The Area
Rural town in Northeast Oklahoma. Population of 5,500. Vinita is 1 hour north of Tulsa and 1.5 hours west of Bentonville, AR.

The Group
CHC of Northeast Oklahoma is a FQHC with 5 locations. What's unique about a Federally Qualified Health Center is the wide array of primary care services that we provide to all eligible patients regardless of their ability to pay. Established fees are based upon household size and income, private insurance requirements, ancillary services and referrals for specialty care.

The Position
Outpatient clinic
Working with primary care patients
Solo position with access to the Medical Director
New facility
Seeing all ages
Typical patient load is 8 - 12 per day (potential to grow)
Chronic illness patients
Some primary care patients with Behavioral Health issues (Maybe 10 per month, always practicing within your scope of practice)
No Call



Compensation and benefits
Salary range likely $115,000 and up DOE (If you have a genuinely interested candidate, we will present with salary expectations within reason based upon my dialogue at the top of the job)
$500 towards benefits
Relocation stipend
401k w/6% match
Loan repayment (HIPSA 18)
