Marin City Health and Wellness Center (MCHWC) is looking for an experienced, dynamic clinician to help support our Clinic(s). This clinical site, is aimed at providing comprehensive family medical care. Working closely with the CMO, the Clinician is responsible providing high-quality primary care, building collaborative teams, and developing clinical services in based on the needs of our patient community. The ideal candidate comes with a demonstrated commitment to working with vulnerable populations, as well as prior primary care and leadership experience.
Marin City Health & Wellness Center (MCHWC)is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides innovate health and wellness services to all, with the goal of African American health equity. At MCHWC we believe that a patient’s zip code should not impact the quality of care they receive. Through existing clinic sites in Marin County and San Francisco, and our new site in San Rafael, we provide wrap-around services for children, adults and seniors, including medical, dental, behavioral health, substance use and homeless services.
Marin City Health and Wellness (MCHWC) is an eligible Federally Qualified Health Center in the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program.

$90,000 - $150,000 annually
Federally Qualified Health Centers participate in the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program. Clinicians who serve at least two years full-time at an FQHC can receive up to $75,000 in tax-free loan repayment (or up to $100,000 in some Substance Use Disorder Workforce categories). Half-time service is also eligible at a reduced award. Eligibility extends to NPs, PAs, CNMs, CRNAs, and physicians with qualifying education debt.
