One Community Health is a community based primary care and behavioral health practice, located in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge. We are a provider led practice, with average provider tenure of 15+ years. Providers come and stay here because they love the area, enjoy being part of a dedicated group, and want to care for the community.
We focus on providing personalized service in a collaborative and respectful environment. We enjoy practicing interesting, challenging medicine. We’re fortunate to have more robust specialist support than in many rural areas but have a fuller spectrum primary care practice than in many urban environments.
We partner with the UW School of Medicine as an award-winning teaching site.

Beyond direct patient care, you will participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives, peer review, and programs like PCPCH and Meaningful Use, which are essential for a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) operating in Oregon and Washington. Additionally, you may provide supervisory and administrative oversight for the education of physicians and other allied health professional learners.

Federally Qualified Health Centers participate in the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program. Clinicians who serve at least two years full-time at an FQHC can receive up to $75,000 in tax-free loan repayment (or up to $100,000 in some Substance Use Disorder Workforce categories). Half-time service is also eligible at a reduced award. Eligibility extends to NPs, PAs, CNMs, CRNAs, and physicians with qualifying education debt.
