Your New Role:

• Position: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

• Job Duration: Full Time/Permanent

• Schedule: Four days of patient care per week (32 hours) and one administrative day; 40 hours total per week

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience required

• Patient Population: Families and individuals with a broad range of primary care concerns, including heart care, from birth to chronic illness

In this Role:

As a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at our healthcare facility in Marion County, OR, you will care for a wide range of primary care concerns, treating patients across the lifespan. You’ll manage acute and chronic conditions, work closely with a collaborative team including medical assistants, behavioral health clinicians, and community health workers, and use Epic EMR to deliver high-quality care to the community.
