Location: Sublimity Medical Clinic (part of Santiam Hospital) The organization - Santiam Hospital is a not-for-profit, 40 bed acute-care hospital located in Stayton, Oregon, which is a short 12-mile drive east of Salem, and serves more than 30,000 people annually from the communities of Stayton, Sublimity, Aumsville, Mill City, Jefferson, and the surrounding areas.
Position - Expect to care for a full spectrum of primary care concerns on a given day.
Full time Salary based. 40 hours a week. 32 hours of direct patient care.
Seeing a panel of families and individuals with a full spectrum of heart care. From birth, to acute concerns and chronic illness.
Number of patients seen per day: 18-20
Scheduled shifts: 4 days / week with patients; 1 administrative day / week
Each clinics includes a medical assistant, behavioral health clinicians, community health workers.
