Your New Role:
Position: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Family Physician Assistant (PA)
Job Duration: Full Time/Permanent
Setting: Rural Health Clinic – Outpatient Only
Schedule: 4x10 work schedule (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday), 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, closed on Federal holidays, no call or weekends
Experience: Prior experience in Family Practice, Adult/Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics preferred
Patient Population: Diverse patient population with a focus on Native American patients (primarily at the Sonora clinic, approximately 15-20% at the Tuolumne clinic)

You will join a dedicated team at the Indian Health group, working in a rural health clinic in Northern California.
