Our family medicine clinic is looking for a highly skilled and compassionate registered nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures. Additionally, the registered nurse will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans and educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.

● Coordinate continuity of care for Living Water Clinic patients hospitalized and through
medical respite upon release.
● Assist in the development of electronic health record templates and patient portal and
assist in training of the EHR in the medical program.
● Represent Living Water Clinic and its mission, priorities, and objectives in public
presentations.
● Participate in management team, manager/coordinator meetings regularly, and Rural
Health Clinic Compliance meetings periodically.
● Ensure quality improvement/quality assurance and compliance of medical practice;
serve as a member of the Performance Improvement meetings.
● Develop and implement Living Water Clinic's medical/clinical policies and procedures,
including integration with other programs.
● Ensure that all required trainings is completed within the first 30 days of start date.
