Wellness NP - Palm Springs area

NEED 1 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

The location -

Palm Springs is located 1 hour and 45 minutes east of Los Angeles. Population is 45,000. Beautiful location with an abundance of outdoor activities.

The organization -

Desert Oasis Healthcare (DOHC) provides medical care and wellness services to patients in the Coachella Valley and surrounding desert communities of Riverside and San Bernardino counties in California.

The position -

Multiple positions available
Provider could be based in Palm Springs
Other clinics that may be covered Bermuda Dunes, Indio and Yucca Valley.
Prefer experience in primary care or urgent care
Provider will conduct yearly visit that's more thorough than a typical checkup
The visit/evaluation will help the patient stay as healthy as possible while giving the primary care provider more information about the patients health.
Provider will need to understand HCC codes and managed healthcare
EKG basics, understanding of laboratory interpretation
Around 12 patients per day
Shifts will fall Monday - Friday

Compensation and benefits -

Base of $135,200
Bonus potential of $40K on average annually
