This is a highly attractive anesthesia assignment offering a manageable call rotation, diverse case mix, strong OR collaboration, and an EPIC EMR environment —ideal for CRNAs seeking consistency, autonomy, and a collegial rural practice setting Opportunity Snapshot Location: Rochester, IN Facility: Community Hospital Position Type: Locum Tenens / Contract CRNA Start Date: April – Ongoing Practice Model: CRNA-led model (3 CRNAs daily) EMR: EPIC Schedule & Call OR Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Call Coverage: 1 CRNA on call daily Call Rotation: 1:3 Call Response Time: 20 minutes Balanced schedule with predictable workflow and shared call responsibility Case Mix CRNAs will independently manage anesthesia for a variety of routine and specialty cases, including: General Surgery Orthopedics Endoscopy / GI Well Pediatrics Regional Anesthesia Spinals & Blocks This is a no hearts, no major trauma environment with a steady, manageable surgical volume.
