We have an awesome opportunity for you. Nestled between just outside of charlotte. Just a few hours from the beach or the mountains we have remote telehealth contract, full-time Therapist position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide appropriate evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, groups and families
• Maintains weekly scheduled appointments in our electronic records systems called Kareo
• Conduct intake and clinical comprehensive assessments as needed
• Develop appropriate goal focused, person-centered, treatment plans containing measurable goals and objectives; obtaining client and other stake holder (guardians, family members, payers etc.) input as appropriate
• Provide clinical consultation and support as needed to TEAM members and other professionals involved with the overall plan of care for the client.
• Participate in peer reviews of clinical charts
• Participate in utilization reviews of clinical charts
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely client records and inputs note(s) into the electronic health record (Kareo)
• Complete daily notes for billing as outlined in Sandhills Best Care policy.
• Document all meetings and calls with client, family members, providers, etc as needed with informed consent.
• Attend supervision, staff meetings, weekly/quarterly and in-service trainings and other meetings required by the Practice Manager, Clinical Director and TEAM Lead Therapist.
• Follow Sandhills Best Care mission statement and core values
• Abide by the APA Code of Ethics and any/all state and federal requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the mission of the organization
• Must be able to work telehealth
• Must be able to work with all ages
• Must be able to work within the school system
