Reviewed RSU groups

These national summaries use self-reported annual values at vesting, in US dollars, from at least 20 reviewed people. They do not include grant values or base pay. Each $5,000 band contains the middle vested value in its group.

Unknown values are not treated as zero. These limited groups are not a complete market measure, a current stock valuation or tax guidance. Downloaded or copied public summaries cannot be recalled.

What these values mean

  • Vested value is the total US-dollar value of RSUs at the time they vested during the selected year. It is not a current stock quote or an estimate after taxes.
  • Grant value is optional. If known, report the total value at grant for RSUs granted during that same year. Leave it blank when unknown; zero means none were granted.
  • Grant value and vested value are different measures. They are not added together or added to base pay, and values are not converted into a yearly estimate.
  • This form does not ask for your name, employer or a written explanation. Your account controls the record, so the service does not promise anonymity.
  • Individual contributions are not shared with recruiters. You can remove your contribution. Public summaries that others download or copy cannot be recalled.
  • Only reviewed national groups of at least 20 people may be published. The public groups use self-reported vested values, not grant values. Submission does not guarantee inclusion.
