LifeBridge is a Federally Qualified Health Center, which generally makes it NHSC-eligible. NHSC site approval is verified per individual clinic location and requires the site to be on the active NHSC site list. As a 501(c)(3) Federally Qualified Health Center, LifeBridge is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program. Full-time employees (30+ hours per week) who make 120 qualifying monthly payments while employed at LifeBridge are eligible for forgiveness of their remaining federal Direct Loan balances.

LifeBridge operates 89 clinic sites, primarily based in Salem, Massachusetts. Multi-site FQHCs often offer providers flexibility to rotate between locations or specialize at a specific site — which can meaningfully affect daily commute, patient mix, and team structure.
