Women's Health Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife

Family Circle of Care is seeking a compassionate Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join their growing OB/GYN team in Tyler, Texas. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive women's healthcare under the collaborative direction of an OB/GYN physician
• Provide well-woman care and reproductive healthcare for adolescent and adult female patients
• Manage routine antepartum and postpartum care
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning
• Review medical history, lab results, psychosocial factors, and risk status at each visit
• Provide patient triage and coordinate care needs appropriately
• Collaborate with physicians on higher-risk or more complex patient care needs
• Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and health maintenance

Requirements

• Current WHNP or CNM certification/licensure in Texas (Required)
• Active DEA and prescribing authority in good standing (Required)
• Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification (Required)
• 3 years' experience in labor and deliver/OB setting (Preferred)
• EPIC EMR experience (Preferred)
• Community health/FQHC experience (Preferred)
