Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physician (MD/DO), Physician Assistant (PA), or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Family Practice team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients while providing a mix of chronic disease management, preventive care, and acute care services.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
• Manage chronic medical conditions and preventive health services.
• Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and injuries.
• Promote patient education and wellness.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

· Salary – Negotiable, depends on experience and Licensure

· Health Insurance – 100% of premium paid for Employee & 50% of premium paid for Family Medical Insurance (tobacco free status)

· Disability Insurance – Reimbursement for disability insurance up to $1,000 per year Physician and $750 for Mid-Level Provider

· Retirement – WV Public Employees Retirement System (Employee contributes 6%, MHC contributes 9%)

· CME/Subscriptions/Membership Fees – Reimbursement for travel/registration fees for continued education (not to exceed $5,000 per year for Physician and $1500 for Mid-Level Provider)

· Malpractice – Paid professional liability/malpractice insurance

· Time-Off – Full-time Provider -192 Hours of paid time off per calendar year (Vacation/CME/Sick Leave)

· License & Registration Fee – Reimbursement for the cost of State license fee and DEA Registration

· Loan repayment - Available through National Health Service Corp. (if eligible)

· Holidays – 11 paid Holidays (Personal Birthday, New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day & Day After, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day)

· After hours on-call – on a rotation
