About the Role:
The Family Nurse Practitioner - Resident will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to patients while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive environment. This position is designed for recent graduates or those in the early stages of their nursing careers, providing them with the opportunity to develop advanced clinical skills and knowledge. The Nurse Practitioner will work closely with experienced healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse patient population. Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program within the last 18 months of start date
• Unrestricted RN license
Ability to provide credentialing documentation at least 8 weeks prior to start date**:
1 National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC)
2 DC APRN license
3 DEA
4 CDS

Clinicians who serve at least two years full-time at an FQHC can receive up to $75,000 in tax-free loan repayment (or up to $100,000 in some Substance Use Disorder Workforce categories).
