Santiam Women's Clinic is a busy and growing gynecologic and obstetric clinic on the campus of Santiam Hospital. We provide high-quality, personalized care that encompasses the full spectrum of women's health. Our team of providers, medical assistants and staff works collaboratively to ensure patients are supported and at ease during every phase of their health journey, from routine wellness to pregnancy, delivery and post-natal care. Position: - Full-time practice providing a full range of women's healthcare
- Full scope of prenatal, labor and postpartum care
- 1 full-time OB/GYN (recruiting an additional provider)
- 1 full-time CNM
- CNM schedule:
- 2 clinic days per week
- 2 x 24-hour call days per week
- No weekend call
- Support includes lactation consultants
- 200 births annually
- 1:1 provider-to-MA staffing ratio
- EMR : EPIC and AI dictation through
Compensation and benefits - Salary range: $133K–$174K (DOE)
