RAHC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician to join our team of exceptional healthcare professionals. As a member of our integrated healthcare team, you will provide quality primary healthcare services to our community. Our team consists of doctors, dentists, licensed clinical social workers, registered dieticians, behavioral health counselors, psychiatrists, outreach workers, and patient care managers—all working together to provide personalized, holistic care for each patient. RAHC has been nationally recognized as a Health Center Quality Leader, and we are looking for a physician who shares our commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
Qualifications:
• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• DEA license to prescribe medicine.
• Board certification
• Cannot be sanctioned under Medicaid or Medicare.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification with hands on practicum required.

Federally Qualified Health Centers participate in the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program. Clinicians who serve at least two years full-time at an FQHC can receive up to $75,000 in tax-free loan repayment (or up to $100,000 in some Substance Use Disorder Workforce categories). Half-time service is also eligible at a reduced award. Eligibility extends to NPs, PAs, CNMs, CRNAs, and physicians with qualifying education debt.
