Qualifications:
Education/Experience: Valid state licensure as ARNP, MD, or DO with board-certified psychiatric credentials and prescribing privileges. Two years of clinical practice with underserved populations preferred.
Skills: Excellent oral and written communications skills required. Computer skills required. Must be able to secure credentialing through identified agencies (Medicare, Medicaid). BLS (CPR/AED) required. Commitment to supporting a safe and respectful environment is required.
Physical Demands:
Movement around the facility between 1/3 and 2/3rds of the day is required, as well as sitting at a workstation or patient rooms. Using hands occurs over 2/3rds of the day, while reaching with arms less than 1/3rd of the day. Communicating is required over 2/3rds of the day. Lifting up to 10 lbs occasionally is required.

Qualifications:
Education/Experience: Completion of accredited medical doctor or doctor of osteopathy program required. Board certification or board – eligible in area of specialty (internists/pediatricians, family practice, obstetrics/gynecology) required. Family Practice specialty strongly preferred. Previous experience working with underserved populations highly desired. Certification through the Drug Enforcement Agency and valid licensure in Washington State required. BLS certification required.
Skills: Must be able to secure credentialing through identified agencies (Medicare, Medicaid, etc.). Effective oral and written communication skills required. Computer skills required. EHR experience preferred.

Providers must be able to move around the facility between 1/3rd and 2/3rds of the day, as well as sit at a workstation or in patient rooms. Using hands occurs over 2/3rds of the day, while reaching with arms occurs less than 1/3rd of the day. Communicating is also required over 2/3rds of the day, while climbing, stooping or crawling is minimal. Lifting up to 10 lbs. occurs about half the time, while up to and above 25 lbs. occurs only occasionally.

Federally Qualified Health Centers participate in the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program. Clinicians who serve at least two years full-time at an FQHC can receive up to $75,000 in tax-free loan repayment. Half-time service is also eligible at a reduced award (up to $37,500). Eligibility extends to NPs, PAs, CNMs, and physicians with qualifying education debt.
