- Work in collaboration with the front office to complete intakes to help assign which therapist in our office is the best fit for the client.
- Complete therapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples, or families. Develop your own therapy caseload with the specific populations that you enjoy serving.
- Complete reports, client notes, treatment plans, safety plans, or continuity of care.
- A few after-school/after-work/weekend hours a week will help create a solid caseload.
- Client sessions are either in-office at one of our physical locations in The Woodlands, Conroe, or Huntsville, TX. We use telehealth as a convenience. Our patients are seeking face-to-face care.

- Deliver High-Quality Psychiatric Care: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations of children, adolescents, and adults and assessments for patients across the lifespan.
- Manage Medications Ethically: Formulate evidence-based treatment plans and provide diligent, personalized medication management.
- Oversee Refill Requests: Process prescription refills promptly and accurately through our electronic health record system.
- Manage Medication Samples: Oversee the secure storage, tracking, and ethical distribution of pharmaceutical samples.
- Collaborate Professionally: Work alongside a diverse team of counselors and psychologists to provide holistic, coordinated patient care.
- Champion Care Accessibility: Support our mission of community accessibility by participating in our in-house insurance-provider network.
- Maintain Clinical Autonomy: Utilize your diagnostic expertise freely in an environment completely free of corporate micromanagement.
- Complete Efficient Documentation: Finish your clinical notes efficiently using our streamlined EHR system so you can leave work on time.
- Protect Your License: Adhere to high ethical standards and Texas state regulations with the full backing of our compliance-focused practice.
- Maintain all CEUs required to keep your state license valid.
