The CNM provides general prenatal, postpartum, and gynecological health services in a community clinic setting.

The ideal candidate must be dedicated to building a collaborative team model of care experience working with the under-served. Case management and behavioral health services are fully integrated into our care to address various medical and psychosocial factors impacting the patient's overall health. The Health Center utilizes a multidisciplinary team approach with primary care providers, RNs, Social Workers, Psychiatry, Podiatry, etc.

Federally Qualified Health Centers participate in the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program. Clinicians who serve at least two years full-time at an FQHC can receive up to $75,000 in tax-free loan repayment (or up to $100,000 in some Substance Use Disorder Workforce categories). Half-time service is also eligible at a reduced award. Eligibility extends to NPs, PAs, CNMs, CRNAs, and physicians with qualifying education debt.
