The location -

Copper Center, with a population of about 370 people, has long, cold winters and relatively warm summers. There are 3500 people in the valley. You can reach Anchorage via roadway. Anchorage is a 3.5 hour drive. Fairbanks is also accesible by road, it's approximately 4 hours.

CRNA is a Tribal Health Organization established through six compacted Ahtna Villages; Cantwell, Gakona, Gulkana, Kluti-Kaah, Mentasta and Tazlina. The position -

Full time
Outpatient Clinic
Seeing Behavioral health patients
Mainly Adults (kids not a requirement)
Currently 200 patients in total with room for growth
MAT and Medicated Opioid treatment experience preferred
Monday - Friday or a flexible schedule can be discussed
Possibility of some telemedicine
No Call
No weekends
EMR - Sterner

Compensation and benefits -

Salary range of $165,000 - $170,000 (Potential could be higher for an exceptional PMHNP)

NHSC Loan Repayment: This position is at a National Health Service Corps (NHSC)-approved site. Base salary: $165,000 - $170,000/yr. Providers here may qualify for up to $75,000 in tax-free federal student-loan repayment over a 2-year full-time commitment — a total potential first-two-years package of up to $415,000 ($340,000 in base salary over two years + up to $75,000 in loan repayment). Award amounts depend on the annual application cycle and your eligibility.
