This role involves comprehensive patient care, from initial assessment and diagnosis to developing and implementing patient management plans. The successful candidate will contribute to a network of over 28 specialty clinics, providing essential healthcare services to the community.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health by interviewing patients, performing medical examinations, and studying medical histories
• Identify short-term and long-term patient care issues to be addressed
• Determine abnormal conditions by administering or ordering diagnostic tests and interpreting results
• Provide continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans
• Prescribe medications within scope of practice as needed

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited midwife program
• Passed national certification
• Licensure as a midwife in the State of Nebraska
• Successfully passing a pre-employment drug test and background checks
