Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

PPMM is seeking a dedicated Clinician I (NP/PA/CNM/WHNP) to join their team in North Stockton, CA. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to provide high-quality reproductive healthcare, including contraceptive care, abortion services, STI testing and treatment, gender-affirming services, and preventive care. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced outpatient setting, serving a diverse patient population with compassion and clinical excellence as part of a collaborative care team.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret medical and social history for reproductive health patients
• Perform appropriate medical screening procedures/exams for male and female patients
• Interpret laboratory data, order additional laboratory investigations, and ensure appropriate follow-up
• Provide a full range of contraceptive methods, including self-administered options and injections
• Perform medical assessment and management of basic STI and genito-urinary conditions for male and female patients
• Provide medication abortion, as indicated
• Prescribe and educate on emergency contraception
• Provide gender-affirming hormone therapy and related care

Compensation

• Hiring at $74-78/hour
• The salary provided is pay for Clinician I upon completion of our robust 4-6 month training and a positive 6-month review, Clinician I employees are promoted to Clinician II

Shift & Schedule

• Full-Time

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), Women's Health NP (WHNP), or Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) program
• Current, unrestricted license to practice in the state of California
• Board Certification
• CPR/BLS certification (current or within 30 days of hire)
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to thrive in a team-based environment
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Windows-based systems)
• Preferred: Experience in reproductive health, OB/GYN, gender-affirming care, or family planning
• Preferred: Commitment to providing care that is respectful, inclusive, and affirming to all patients
