Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
Perform comprehensive history and physical examinations
Develop individualized treatment plans
Order, interpret, and review laboratory and diagnostic testing
Prescribe medications and treatments according to state regulations
Provide preventive health services and wellness exams
Manage chronic diseases including:
Perform routine office procedures including:
Provide women’s health services, including well-woman exams (as credentialed)
Provide pediatric and adolescent care
Educate patients and families regarding disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Comply with clinic policies, HIPAA regulations, and evidence-based practice guidelines
Flexible work schedule-4 days a week with longer appointment times.
