The Position
Outpatient Clinic
NP primary care will see all ages
Clinic Hours - M - F 8 - 5pm
No weekends
Call 1:8 rotated
PPD: 20-24 (if seeing wellness visits will see less patients)
Loan forgiveness
EMR - ECW E-Clinical
Bilingual preferred (spanish)

Compensation and Benefits
Salary $109,000 - $150,000K DOE
Very obtainable bonus structure

Minimum Qualifications:

Arizona Licensed required

Certified in Arizona to practice in the expanded role as a Family NP required

Current DEA and Arizona Controlled Substance licensure for prescriptive authority

Family Nurse Practitioner strongly preferred.

Bilingual Spanish preferred

Proven ability to work in a fast pace environment

Ability to work alone but with physician consultation availability
