Compensation (Pay): $223,446.08 to $274,810.49/ yearly, based on experience. Plus, a $20,000 Sign on Bonus.

We are seeking a full-time, board-certified physician to join our team of providers. Located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, our center provides full spectrum family practice care to people who live and work in their community. Our sites are innovative, collaborative and cohesive. The position offers great quality of work/life balance with four 10-hour days, no in-patient duties and occasional telephone call backup to the after-hours triage service. Our ideal candidate has a strong desire to make a difference in the community. Embraces a team-based approach to care, integrated behavioral health and dental services. Ability to utilize a template based EMR (next gen), has an unrestricted Colorado medical license, prefer an active DEA, comfortable seeing all ages. This center has the capacity to expand its pediatric services. Must average 20 patients/day. Bilingual would be a plus.
Federal and State funds are available for loan repayment for eligible candidates. Peak Vista offers a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, optional long term and short-term disability and a 403b retirement fund. Peak Vista is seeking a BC/BE General Pediatric Physician to join our team of providers in our AAAHC accredited Pediatric Health Center in central Colorado Springs. Excellent quality of life/work opportunity and no current inpatient duties. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Must have a strong desire to make a difference in the underserved patient community. Must embrace a team-oriented approach and be comfortable collaborating with Nurse Practitioners and overseeing Physician Assistants. Will see an average of 24 patients per day.

Federally Qualified Health Centers participate in the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program. Clinicians who serve at least two years full-time at an FQHC can receive up to $75,000 in tax-free loan repayment (or up to $100,000 in some Substance Use Disorder Workforce categories). Half-time service is also eligible at a reduced award. Eligibility extends to NPs, PAs, CNMs, CRNAs, and physicians with qualifying education debt.
