We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Justice-Involved Behavioral Health Clinician to join our Behavioral Health team. In this role, you’ll provide assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, care coordination, and transition support for individuals who are justice-involved or moving from justice-system settings back into the community.
The ideal candidate is trauma-informed, collaborative, and confident working with patients, families, courts, correctional facilities, community agencies, and interdisciplinary care teams. This role is a strong fit for someone who values accountability, advocates for vulnerable populations, communicates with professionalism, and is passionate about reducing barriers to care while helping individuals build stability, wellness, and stronger community connections.

Clinicians who serve at least two years full-time at an FQHC can receive up to $75,000 in tax-free loan repayment. Half-time service is also eligible at a reduced award (up to $37,500). Eligibility extends to NPs, PAs, CNMs, and physicians with qualifying education debt.
