The Position
Full time Orthopedic position
Looking for a PA with Orthopedic experience of some sortWorking with Total Joint Surgeon
Covering Ambulatory Surgery Clinic in Rockford, IL and Beloit, WI
Will need to obtain both licenses
Monday and Tuesday cover clinic
Wednesday and Friday are OR days
Thursday typically half OR and half clinic
Patient volume is heavy in the clinic but a great support staff to make it operate efficiently
Call rotated between APP's and Physicians in Rockford (Physician will explain in phone screening)
Compensation and benefits
Salary starts at 115k and goes up for experience (don't freak out there are incentives and call pay)
Quality incentive up to 10% of salary per year
Call pay in addition to salary (client will explain on intro call)Comprehensive benefit plan
Sign on / Relocation on a case by case basis
