POSITION SUMMARY:
The Crisis Clinician is responsible for providing comprehensive, client-focused mental health assessment and treatment utilizing individual and group modalities to people living with HIV/AIDS; LGBTQ+ clients; and the community at large. The Crisis Clinician is part of the Urgent & Integrated Care Team that operates within Equitas Health medical clinics. Crisis Clinicians collaborate with medical providers and other staff to provide care to clients who are presenting with urgent mental health concerns. The Clinician is able to assess the client’s symptoms, create a safety plan, determine a diagnosis, recommend a level of care, and refer the client for additional or ongoing mental health treatment, such as inpatient hospitalization, PHP/IOP, or outpatient counseling. The Clinician will be responsible for scheduling and conducting short-term solution-focused counseling focusing on safety and other immediate needs. The Clinician can also assist with other functions and roles needed in the Mental Health and Recovery Department, such as triaging referrals, providing gender affirming surgery letters, and bridging care while Clients wait to be placed with a long-term therapist. The Crisis Clinician will operate in accordance with established professional standards and guidelines as stated by the Ohio Revised Code and put forth by the Ohio Counselor, Social Work and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. The individual will operate in accordance with the established professional standards and guidelines for the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) or American Counseling Association (ACA) and agrees to adhere to NASW or ACA standards.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to provide direct and indirect patient care services in order to meet the needs of Equitas Health patients. MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Prepare exam rooms for patient visits by sterilizing and cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies.
· Room patients, obtain vitals, and update basic health information in electronic health records (EHR).

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Prior Authorization Specialist handles all prior authorizations, third party appeals, and pending third party payer issues across all Equitas Health medical centers. This individual will work with internal and external pharmacies, CoverMyMeds, the EHR, and all Equitas Health health center providers to facilitate prior authorization completion. This individual must be able to work in conjunction with the pharmacy department and health center staff to facilitate the prior authorization process.

The Care Right There (CRT) Therapist is responsible for providing comprehensive, client-centered mental health treatment to clients who are living with HIV/AIDS. Care Right There is a Ryan White Part A funded mental health treatment program focusing on meeting the needs of clients who have identified mental health needs but are unable to access clinic- or office-based treatment due to symptoms and other psycho-social stressors. The CRT Therapist provides treatment to clients in the home, in the community, and via telehealth in an effort to reduce symptoms and barriers that impact the client’s ability to participate in office-based outpatient therapy. The CRT Therapist will complete diagnostic assessment with treatment recommendations and will assist with the client in developing measurable treatment goals. The CRT Therapist will provide outpatient counseling utilizing individual and group modalities. Clients will become more consistent with treatment and therefore achieve viral load suppression. The CRT Therapist will operate in accordance with the established professional standards and guidelines as stated by the Ohio Revised Code and put forth by the Ohio Counselor, Social Work and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) who is part of a multidisciplinary team that provides comprehensive medical care to patients. When not providing float coverage this position will assist with timely management of in basket functions, such as patient messages and medication refill requests, for medical providers across the five Equitas Health Centers. · Provide short and extended clinical coverage that includes direct patient care, when scheduled providers are on leave.

The Director of Quality Assurance will lead Equitas Health’s Quality Management program and implementation of the annual Quality Assurance plan. POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Clinic Manager, the Patient Access Representative (PAR) Lead serves as the operational lead for Patient Access functions across the King Lincoln and Short North Health Centers. This position provides frontline leadership, training, coaching, and daily operational support to Patient Access Representatives while maintaining direct patient-facing responsibilities.
The PAR Lead serves as the primary point of contact for registration, scheduling, patient access workflows, and operational issues that arise during clinic hours. This position works collaboratively with Clinic Managers, providers, nursing staff, and other operational leaders to ensure adequate staffing coverage, exceptional patient experiences, regulatory compliance, and efficient clinic operations.
The PAR Lead is responsible for coordinating coverage between assigned locations, supporting onboarding and training efforts, monitoring registration accuracy and workflow compliance, and assisting with the resolution of patient and staff concerns.
This position requires regular travel between the King Lincoln and Short North Health Centers.

The Director of Quality Assurance will lead Equitas Health’s Quality Management program and implementation of the annual Quality Assurance plan. QA is integrated in all aspects of business and clinical operations across the organization and owned by all providers and employees. The Director of QA works closely with leaders and staff to build quality assurance into workflows, deploying effective education, training, communications and a regulatory change management process. This position serves as the organization’s Compliance Officer and is responsible for ensuring the organization is compliant with federal, state and local government regulations. This includes developing, monitoring and revision of policies and procedures that address risk management, HIPAA compliance, 340B pharmacy and other regulatory requirements.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Care Right There (CRT) Therapist is responsible for providing comprehensive, client-centered mental health treatment to clients who are living with HIV/AIDS. Care Right There is a Ryan White Part A funded mental health treatment program focusing on meeting the needs of clients who have identified mental health needs but are unable to access clinic- or office-based treatment due to symptoms and other psycho-social stressors. The CRT Therapist provides treatment to clients in the home, in the community, and via telehealth in an effort to reduce symptoms and barriers that impact the client’s ability to participate in office-based outpatient therapy. The CRT Therapist will complete diagnostic assessment with treatment recommendations and will assist with the client in developing measurable treatment goals. The CRT Therapist will provide outpatient counseling utilizing individual and group modalities. Clients will become more consistent with treatment and therefore achieve viral load suppression. The CRT Therapist will operate in accordance with the established professional standards and guidelines as stated by the Ohio Revised Code and put forth by the Ohio Counselor, Social Work and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. The individual will operate in accordance with the established professional standards and guidelines for the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) or American Counseling Association (ACA) and agrees to adhere to NASW or ACA standards.
