Sun River Health is seeking a part-time Certified Midwife at its Peekskill site to provide comprehensive primary, preventative, and behavioral health services. Federally Qualified Health Centers participate in the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program. Clinicians who serve at least two years full-time at an FQHC can receive up to $75,000 in tax-free loan repayment. Half-time service is also eligible at a reduced award (up to $37,500). Eligibility extends to NPs, PAs, CNMs, and physicians with qualifying education debt.
New York is a reduced-practice state — Nurse Practitioners maintain a collaborative agreement with a physician for at least one element of practice.
