Hawai‘i Pacific Health is seeking a per diem Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Who has professional patient care skills, passion and warmth for working with babies and families, while committing to creating a healthier Hawai‘i.
What You’ll Do:
· Provide compassionate, life-changing care to newborns and their families.
· Deliver direct care and treatment for neonatal patients, including evaluations, treatments, and specialized procedures.
· Act as a clinical resource for staff and physicians.
· Facilitate family health education , referrals, and consultations with allied health professionals.

Qualifications:
Hawaii Registered Nurse License
Hawaii Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License (APRN)
Completion of a formal Neonatology Nurse Practitioner Program
Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS)
American Academy of Pediatrics Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) CPR cards
Two (2) years’ experience as a Nurse Practitioner is required in specialty

About Kapi‘olani Medical Center for Women & Children
Kapi‘olani Medical Center for Women & Children is Hawai‘i’s only maternity, newborn and pediatric specialty hospital. It is well recognized as Hawai'i’s leader in the care of women, infants and children. With 253 beds, the not-for-profit medical center delivers an average of 6,000 babies per year and is also a medical teaching and research facility. Specialty services for patients throughout Hawai'i and the Pacific region include intensive care for infants and children, 24-hour emergency pediatric and adult care, critical care air transport and high-risk perinatal care. Over 1,400 employees and more than 700 physicians provide specialty care at Kapi‘olani. The medical center is home to the Kapi‘olani Women’s Center and the Women’s Cancer Center, and offers numerous community programs and services, such as specialty pediatric clinics, the Kapi‘olani Child Protection Center and the Sex Abuse Treatment Center.

Pay Range: 144,476.80 - 180,585.60 USD per hour

Federally Qualified Health Centers participate in the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program. Clinicians who serve at least two years full-time at an FQHC can receive up to $75,000 in tax-free loan repayment. Half-time service is also eligible at a reduced award (up to $37,500). Eligibility extends to NPs, PAs, CNMs, and physicians with qualifying education debt.
