As an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA), you will provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to individuals and families across the lifespan. You will deliver high-quality medical services, including health assessments, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and patient education for our diverse patient population. By ensuring accessible, equitable, and culturally responsive care, you will support our mission to reduce health disparities and improve the overall health and well-being of the communities we serve.

Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Successful completion of a nationally accredited Certified Medical Assistant certification program or relevant work experience and national certification or registration as a Medical Assistant.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Federally Qualified Health Centers participate in the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program. Clinicians who serve at least two years full-time at an FQHC can receive up to $75,000 in tax-free loan repayment (or up to $100,000 in some Substance Use Disorder Workforce categories). Half-time service is also eligible at a reduced award. Eligibility extends to NPs, PAs, CNMs, CRNAs, and physicians with qualifying education debt.
