The Position

• Ellensburg is the largest clinic. it has 30 exam rooms. With it being the biggest clinic, they have the most staff, so can be more flexible with the schedule and offer an eights, tens, or twelves schedule to the providers (so a 3, 4 or 5 day a week schedule) with 30-minute appointments times.

Compensation and benefits
Salary r anges between $136,011 to $175,000 with Individual Productivity, Patient satisfaction, and Team Incentives. Actual wage will be based on years of applicable experience.

NHSC Loan Repayment: This position is at a National Health Service Corps (NHSC)-approved site. Base salary: $128,358 - $150,000/yr. Providers here may qualify for up to $75,000 in tax-free federal student-loan repayment over a 2-year full-time commitment — a total potential first-two-years package of up to $375,000 ($300,000 in base salary over two years + up to $75,000 in loan repayment). Award amounts depend on the annual application cycle and your eligibility.
