A PMHNP in Northern California to work in an outpatient clinic with an Indian Health Center
LOCATION:Behavioral Health- Tuolumne - Tuolumne, CA
GROUP : Indian Health group with two clinics. One is on the reservation in Sonora and the other is in Tuolumne, CA. The clinic in Sonora is mainly a Native American patient population, and the clinic in Tuolumne has approximately 15-20% Native American.
POSITION : Rural Health Clinic - Outpatient Only
Work Schedule - 4x10 or 5 8's
M-F; 8am-5pm
See on average 10-13 patients 8 hr day and 10 hr day approx 18
Closed on Federal Holidays
Support Staff
- This role involves providing comprehensive behavioral health care across all age groups, including evaluating, diagnosing, treating, and managing medications
- It also requires prescribing appropriate medications, ordering diagnostic tests, and performing necessary procedures to ensure effective patient care.
- Physicians The role includes the care of patients with acute or chronic behavioral disorders and multiple problems.

INTERVIEW PROCESS: CVs will be sent to Ashley. Ashley will have the CV reviewed by the physicians. Once approved, a phone call will be scheduled with Ashley If the call goes well, she will work with her team to see if there is mutual interest before scheduling the site visit. The site visit will be one full day, working on which are the best for the interview and what providers can expect. Before offers are extended, they will need to do references and background.
