Physician Assistant - Addiction Psychiatry

Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary care team and the scope of practice guidelines. Relies on protocols for authorization to perform medical functions of diagnosing, treating and performance of any other function that is considered within the scope of medical practice.

The RN/Case Manager acts as a client advocate/case manager to Outpatient Behavioral Health and Vitality for Life clients. This role coordinates referrals to services and resources for clients and manages the care of clients to ensure achievement of quality client outcomes. This position works closely with clinical staff to provide case management, discharge planning, referrals, and care coordination. This position also assists in the identification of appropriate utilization of resources across the continuum of care. This position participates in quality improvement and evaluation processes related to the management of client care. This position collaborates with doctors and other medical professionals to give clients comprehensive care to address client’s physical and psychosocial care needs.

The Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical Unit utilizing the nursing process. This role involves performing patient assessments, administering medications, managing care plans, documentation, critical thinking, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care. The Med-Surg RN plays a critical role in patient recovery, education, and support, while adhering to hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Emergency RN: Provides professional nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department, adhering to established policies and procedures to ensure safe, effective and timely care. Delivers age-appropriate care across the lifespan, from infant to geriatric patients. Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care in a fast-paces, high-acuity environment, collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team. Demonstrates the critical knowledge and skills necessary to identify and address the unique and urgent needs of all patients in the emergency setting.

Provide comfortable, safe and professional care for the clinic patient, infant through geriatric. Maintain an efficient flow of patients for the clinician. Working knowledge of all equipment and all required QA checks. Stocks supplies and orders appropriately. Schedules patients for testing procedures and ensures all test results and reports are scanned in the patient chart prior to the appointment.

The Med-Surg/ICU Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct patient care and support under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) in both the Medical-Surgical and Intensive Care Units. The CNA assists with basic patient care tasks, ensures patient comfort, and contributes to a safe and healing environment. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.

The Behavioral Health Therapist for the Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic provides quality and organized psychotherapy (individual, group and family) and social services for identified clients and families, with special emphasis on treatment and discharge planning needs. This position maintains accurate and up-to-date knowledge of all relevant regulations and standards regarding the provision of behavioral health services, and implementation of treatment and discharge planning. Rehab Occupational Therapist (Outpatient): Plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of Occupational Therapy. Facilitates the learning of those skills and functions essential for activity performance or adaptation, while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities. Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team.
