Comprehensive Community Action, Family Health Services, a Joint Commission Accredited and NCQA III Federally Qualified Community Health Center, is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. This role is for a growing, multi-service, multi-site Family Medicine Practice that emphasizes integrated oral and behavioral health care. The successful candidate will join a patient-centered medical home team dedicated to serving underserved communities.

Requirements
Federally Qualified Health Centers participate in the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program. Clinicians who serve at least two years full-time at an FQHC can receive up to $75,000 in tax-free loan repayment. Half-time service is also eligible at a reduced award (up to $37,500). Eligibility extends to NPs, PAs, CNMs, and physicians with qualifying education debt.
