The Women’s Health Department at Ocean Health Initiatives is actively recruiting highly skilled providers to fill a host of vacant roles at the organization, including the Director of OB/GYN services, CNMs, and Women’s Health NPs, as detailed below. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), the Certified Nurse Midwife in collaboration with Ocean Health Initiatives, Inc. (OHI), staff physicians, will provide primary care services to the patients of OHI that is consistent with established policies, procedures and protocols, the Joint Commission policies and procedures, OSHA standards, and other safety and health related codes and laws.

Federally Qualified Health Centers participate in the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program. Clinicians who serve at least two years full-time at an FQHC can receive up to $75,000 in tax-free loan repayment (or up to $100,000 in some Substance Use Disorder Workforce categories). Half-time service is also eligible at a reduced award. Eligibility extends to NPs, PAs, CNMs, CRNAs, and physicians with qualifying education debt.
