We are currently recruiting a family medicine provider and/or a CMO for our community health clinic (FQHC) to provide full-spectrum medical care to an underserved community in The Family Medicine Physician under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, will perform full scope family practice in the medical clinic.
The Physician will provide quality and cost-effective primary care services to the KHP patient population, meeting their diverse health and social needs.
The Physician will perform complete examinations of patients and screen all patients for health maintenance needs, in a relationship-based model of care with a team of health providers. Federally Qualified Health Centers participate in the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program. Clinicians who serve at least two years full-time at an FQHC can receive up to $75,000 in tax-free loan repayment (or up to $100,000 in some Substance Use Disorder Workforce categories). Half-time service is also eligible at a reduced award. Eligibility extends to NPs, PAs, CNMs, CRNAs, and physicians with qualifying education debt.
