Base Salary Range: Avg. > $250 (Includes Base, Production and Quality bonuses)
Base salary if work 5 days per week at 36 hours to $180,000
Base salary if work 4 days per week at 36 hours to $150,000
*this is an average range- there may be days you see more patients
Sign on Bonus: $20,000 Paid out after 90 days of continuous service. Prorated for part time
Years of Service Award: Over $5,000 at specific intervals starting at year 2
401k Plan: $1 for $1 match on first 3% of income and $0.50 on the $1 for 4th and 5th% for a max match at 4% of your income.
This is a Safe Harbor Plan so you are 100% vested on the company match immediately.
Relocation Bonus: Depending on location up to $3,000

HealthPoint is currently looking to add a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to the team. This position is located on site and remote work will not be available.

HealthPoint is now hiring for a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. This position will be Monday-Friday with no on on call responsibilities.
The hours are 8:30-5 every day except Thursday is 10:30-7.
Starting salary: $102,000

Clinicians who serve at least two years full-time at an FQHC can receive up to $75,000 in tax-free loan repayment (or up to $100,000 in some Substance Use Disorder Workforce categories). Half-time service is also eligible at a reduced award. Eligibility extends to NPs, PAs, CNMs, CRNAs, and physicians with qualifying education debt.
