The provider will perform primary healthcare, education and health promotion for patients within the scope of his/her practice according to Washington State regulations. The provider will consult with a sponsoring physician or designated alternate in areas requiring additional medical guidance and/or referral.

Federally Qualified Health Centers participate in the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program. Clinicians who serve at least two years full-time at an FQHC can receive up to $75,000 in tax-free loan repayment (or up to $100,000 in some Substance Use Disorder Workforce categories). Half-time service is also eligible at a reduced award. Eligibility extends to NPs, PAs, CNMs, CRNAs, and physicians with qualifying education debt.
