Position Overview:
The Adult Mental Health Manager provides administrative and clinical oversight for mental health services across the Adult Mental Health Program. This includes supervision of therapists, behavioral health consultants, specialty case managers, and other direct services staff serving adults and families. Clinicians who serve at least two years full-time at an FQHC can receive up to $75,000 in tax-free loan repayment (or up to $100,000 in some Substance Use Disorder Workforce categories). Half-time service is also eligible at a reduced award. Eligibility extends to NPs, PAs, CNMs, CRNAs, and physicians with qualifying education debt.
